“Yes . The code requires all hoses to be accessible of regular inspection.
Here accessible means a tool may be required to get to it.
If a hose is under a cover, or concealed we must note the location in your vehicle manual and instruction for regular inspection by a competent person, (See Clause 2.10.2)”
